Where to reach the Zemiam team, and where each setting lives in the app.
Write
One address, checked: contact@zepraug.com. It covers a question as much as a bug, a request about your data, or a note about an estimate.
A message describing a bug moves much faster when it names the phone model, the system version, and what was on screen. The app version is at the bottom of the Profile tab.
Language
Zemiam follows your device's language: French if the device is set to French, English for any other language. There is no language switch inside the app.
To read Zemiam in the other language without changing your whole phone, use your system's per-app language setting. On iPhone: Settings, then Zemiam, then Language. On Android 13 and later: Settings, System, Languages, then App languages.
The subscription
The subscription is sold and billed by the store, not by Zemiam. Its management, renewal, and cancellation therefore happen from the store account, and a cancellation requested by email cannot be carried out on someone's behalf.
- On iPhone. Settings, then the account name at the top of the screen, then Subscriptions.
- On Android. Google Play, the profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
A canceled subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for. A refund request is filed with the store, which is the seller.

The account and your data
Everything lives in the same place: Profile tab, Account section.
- Delete account. Delete account line. Deletion is immediate and removes the journal, the photos, the profile, the goals, the weigh-ins, the steps, and the favorites.
- Erase only the journal. Erase journal line. The account, profile, and goals stay in place.
- Take your data with you. Export my data line. The export is a file readable by another application.
What Zemiam collects, why, and for how long it is kept: the privacy policy details it, and the rights, and the path for each section gives the path for every request.
Estimates
An estimate stays an estimate. The number shown comes from a model reading a photo, not from a scale: it carries a margin, and it is fixed with one tap on the meal entry. A fix is worth more than a retaken photo.
Barcode scanning, on the other hand, reads a value declared by the manufacturer. An unrecognized code can be reported at the address above.
A health question
Zemiam shows numbers. It gives no medical advice and replaces no health professional. A question that touches on health, a treatment, or an eating disorder belongs with a doctor, a dietitian, or a pharmacist.
